Corrie ten Boom Museum

Two days after the raid, the six persons in hiding were able to escape through this window with the help of the resistance. The entire story may be read in Corrie ten Boom's book, The Hiding Place. The ten Boom family and their circle were responsible for saving the lives of hundreds of Jews and resisters. For her work, Corrie was honored as a "Righteous Gentile" at Yad Vashem in Israel.
