Score/rate a recruiterThe majority of the questions are on a rating scale of 0 to 10. 0 being a very poor experience/opinion and 10 being that the experience was excellent and exceeded your expectations. Please also add comments into the free text under each question. This information will be made available in aggregate form in reports to assist those recruiters that wish to learn more about how they can improve their service. The more comments you add, the better the chance they have to take action (either changing something or doing more of it). Add a recruiter to score themYou can rate any recruiter with whom you have had an interaction whether they are registered or not. If the recruiter you wish to score is not in the drop down list above then simply select this 'add a recruiter' option and add them to the list.Try to take care to get the full name since this will help others who subsequently wish to rate the same recruiter. Change my profileHireScores.com invites you to create a free personal profile which can include both personal and work information. You can set the display security setting so that it is fully visible or only visible to those people you send the full url to. Re-score a previously scored recruiterIf you have a further interaction with the recruiter – for example, they complete the assignment – you are welcome to return and update your score. You might for example want to rate something which was previously not applicable. Your new rating will overwrite your previous rating and will continue to show as one rating on the site. When you elect to re-score a recruiter your previous scores will be the default so that you can easily remember them. |
