National Costumes

Master the use of QuickTime Virtual Reality (QTVR) panorama movies as you search for details in costumes from many lands. QTVR panorama movies create an immersive learning experience for students as they virtually stand in the middle of a 360 degree scene.

With virtual reality, it is possible to rotate the scene and zoom in on details. To rotate to the left or right, click on the VR and drag your mouse in the direction you want to go. Your cursor will then change into an arrow pointing in the direction you're moving.

Some questions will require you to get especially close to a figure.

MAGNIFY BUTTON Use this button to zoom in.   You can also zoom in by using the shift key as you are rotating the scene with your mouse.

REDUCE BUTTON Use this icon to zoom out.   You can also zoom out by using the control key on your keyboard.
