The USF blog generates a standard RSS feed. You can also create an iTunes feed, which includes additional tags supported only by iTunes, using a service called Feedburner. Feedburner will take your existing USF feed and create a new feed with the additional tags supported by iTunes. You just need to make sure that you check the "I'm a podcaster" option when you submit your USF feed to Feedburner. Feedburner is a free service, but you must create an account before you can use it to create feeds.
You can add new episodes to your podcast at any time by uploading a new audio or video file to the USF web servers and then posting a new blog entry with a link to that file. If you are using your own RSS file, all you need to do is create a new item (using the <item> tag) with the address of the new episode, its size, and file type.
