Larry MacIntire: On neon
Clip 5

There was a group like yourselves - a school bus load of kids - walking down in front of the Vietnam Memorial and they were just taking their time. I didn't want to go down there by myself, but after all these years, I thought nobody's going to go down there with me and I'm not with anybody now. So, I decided to go there by myself. I thought I could handle it. I waited for all the kids to leave, and there was basically maybe one or two people down there, so I decided it was a good time to look up a couple of my buddies in the book and find out what wall they were on, especially one of them who was real close to me. I walked about 6 panels in from the left hand side, looked to the left, and my buddy's name stood out like it was on neon.
