Here are some ways TIM can help you guide teachers toward best practices with classroom technology:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The TIM <a href=\"https:\/\/fcit.usf.edu\/matrix\/teacher-descriptors-table\/\">extended descriptors<\/a> can be used to guide consistent, pedagogically focused conversations about technology integration.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/fcit.usf.edu\/matrix\/tim-c\/\">TIM-C<\/a> provides an easy way to guide colleagues through a coaching cycle and document coaching work across a school or district.
