z_index_tablet=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Downloading TUPS Data<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Members with roles that have \u201cTUPS: View and download data\u201d enabled, will be able to download TUPS data at their own administrative level using the Admin Center. That is, school leaders will be able to download TUPS from their assigned school, zone leaders will be able to download TUPS from their assigned their assigned zone, and district leaders will be able to access all TUPS data from across the district.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. Begin by selecting the <strong>Download TUPS Data<\/strong> under the <strong>TUPS<\/strong> tab in the <strong>Admin Center<\/strong>. No values have been selected by the user, however the Start Date and End Date have been automatically populated indicating the range of existing data.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. First, use the radio buttons to indicate whether you want data from only surveys which have been submitted or data from both submitted and unsubmitted surveys. The default is to download data from submitted surveys only.<\/p>\n<p>3. Then use the frameworks dropdown to select the name of the framework you would like the data from. If you want data from legacy surveys before frameworks were introduced in TIM Tools v7.0, then select the &#8220;General (Default)&#8221; option. Selecting the &#8220;All Frameworks&#8221; option will include data from all named frameworks as well as data from legacy surveys.<\/p>\n<p>4. Next select your target location(s) from the <strong>Schools<\/strong> dropdown menu. <\/p>\n<p>Users with district-level TUPS data access will be able to select all schools in the district or any particular school. Users with zone-level TUPS data access will be able to select all schools in the zone or any particular school within the zone. Then select the target <strong>Role(s)<\/strong> you wish to include.<\/p>\n<p>The default setting is to include Teacher data only. You can change this setting to include whatever combination of roles you would like. Select whether you wish to \u201canonymize\u201d the data or include identifying information.<\/p>\n<p>Selecting <strong>Anonymous<\/strong> will remove the following data from your downloads: First Name, Last Name, Member ID, School Name, and School ID. There may be times when users wish to share data without identifying information. Note, however, that this selection simply removes the fields noted above. There still may be identifying information in the remaining fields, particularly within the demographic data. If you leave the default dates unchanged, you will receive a download of every TUPS submission. You can change both the Start Date and End Date to narrow the range if desired.
