Daniela shares her experience of using the Technology Integration Matrix and TIM-O implemented at The American School of Lima with instructional coaches. Currently at her new role in Singapore as Group Head of Learning Innovation and Edtech for the 10 Dulwich Colleges in the PRC, South Korea, Singapore, and Myanmar, Daniela shares her thoughts on some possibilities of using various TIM tools for different purposes across the organization.<\/p>\n

She plans to begin with an administration of the TUPS so that they know where the teachers are with technology integration and can create personalized learning paths for each teacher. Daniela also discusses the characteristics of the TIM in relation to her work at Dulwich and how she is thinking about coaching in this environment.\n<\/p>\n
