This web site is designed to help teachers and their students prepare for the Tenth Grade Reading Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT). It includes resources for teachers as well as practice activities and tests for students. Many of the materials are also available in a print-friendly format.
Practice Activities
This section gives students the opportunity to practice multiple choice questions. There are also sample short and extended response questions which can be scored by either students or teachers to increase their understanding of rubric scoring.
Sample Tests
This section includes four FCAT practice tests for Tenth Grade Reading. For each sample test, an article is provided along with multiple-choice questions and one open-ended question. Read each article, and then answer the questions that follow. Immediate feedback is provided so you can assess your performance.

What happened to the old site? The original version of this site used pop-up windows and did not work properly for users who had their browsers set to display exceptionally large text. The use of frames also made it difficult to bookmark particular pages. Many schools now block pop-ups, so we created this version of the site that does not require a pop-up window.
