   Total points = 84
3. Total perimeter of the pool is 2(5+9) = 28 meters. She needs 28 – 19 = 9 additional meters of fencing. Her cost is 9 X $8.75 = $78.75.

5. 1st day: 7 – 2 = 5 miles
   2nd day: 5 + 7 – 2 = 10 miles
   3rd day: 10 + 7 – 2 = 15 miles
   4th day: 15 + 7 = 22 miles

So, on the 4th day the train gets to the top of the hill.
