Wall paintings in the crematorium. Under the former East German government, many alterations were made to the crematorium. These wall paintings were partly painted over and one wall of paintings was removed to make room for exhibits. The paintings shown here decorated the room of the SS-man, the Kapo's room, and a third room of indefinite use.
