Description: This map shows the Florida East Coast Railway line running from Jacksonville to Miami with steamship routes from Miami to Nassau in the Bahamas and Miami to Key West with an additional connection to Havana, Cuba. "This promotional map shows the Florida East Coast Railway/Steamship line running from Jacksonville to Key West. It was popular for transportation companies to create colorful looking maps showing their routes in hopes of luring more customers. Based upon the population movement to the East Coast of Florida, this promotional tag-line may have started the long migration to this popular area." &mdash: Library of Congress
