Admissions

To be eligible to begin the program, a student must meet the general requirements of the graduate school of the University of South Florida, including a BA/BS degree in early childhood education or a related field (such as elementary education, child and family studies, or child development), with an upper division GPA of 3.0. If the student does not demonstrate the GPA requirement, she or he must have a minimum of 1000 on the GRE.

A student may enter the program during any semester. The application deadlines are: for the summer semester, early March; for the fall semester, mid-March, and for spring, mid-October.
