Many honors and awards are available for students through the USF Office of Undergraduate Studies and the USF Graduate School.
The following Honors are available for students in the Department of Childhood Education and Literacy Studies.
Kappa Delta Pi
Kappa Delta Pi is an international honor society in education. The mission of Kappa Delta Pi is to sustain an honored community of diverse educators by promoting excellence and advancing scholarship, leadership, and service. SCATT
The Suncoast Area Teachers Training Honors Program is dedicated to enhancing the teaching profession by establishing high performance expectations and promoting exemplary teaching practices by providing quality learning experiences for all participants. SCATT is distinctive because students voluntarily participate in extensive educational workshops and seminars to graduate with SCATT honors credentials.

ACEI
The Association for Childhood Education International is a diverse global community dedicated to the education and development of children from birth through adolescence. ACEI chapters provide educational programs, networking, and professional development opportunities for all educators.
