TIM Tools 7.5 Administration Guide
TUPS Report Template
The TUPS Report Template is used to summarize data downloaded from the TIM Evaluation Tools. The template is an Excel spreadsheet that is pre-populated with sample data. The sample data is replaced when you load your data download you would like to have summarized. The template contain Visual Basic macros. Please contact us if you have any questions about how to use the templates.
Templates are in XLSB format (Microsoft Excel) and contain VBA macros. Your version of MS Excel may produce an automatic warning when opening files that contain macros. If you see a warning, choose “Enable Macros” to access the full features of the summary workbook.
Download Current TUPS Template for TIM Tools v7.0 and Above
TUPS data downloads now include metadata in addition to all the previous fields. Version 7.0 download added Framework ID, Framework Title, Submitted status, Username, Role ID, Zone ID, and Zone Name. The additional metadata is being added at the request of clients who prefer to do further data analysis using tools such as Power BI, SAS, or SPSS. Be sure to use the current v7.0 template for all TUPS data downloaded from v7.0 and above.
Archive of Previous Template Versions
You probably will never need these older templates. Use these archived templates only in the unlikely event that you wish to work with a raw data file that you downloaded using a previous version of TIM Tools.
