Opening and Closing the TUPS

 

To open or close the TUPS to your members, first go to the Admin Center, select TUPS, then Settings.

The dropdown menu allows you to open or close the TUPS. If the TUPS is open, then your members will be able to access the TUPS as many times as they’d like. If you choose to close the TUPS, then the survey will be unavailable to your members until you choose to open it back up. You may want your teachers to take the TUPS only once per year. Perhaps you would like for teachers to take the TUPS at the beginning of the year and then at the end of the year or at the end of a grant project or special initiative. In such situations, leave the setting open for your members to access the survey. Close the survey once your members have completed it, and leave it closed until it is time for teachers to retake the TUPS.
