Objectives

  • Students will create a budget for items that they would take with them on the Iditarod.

Procedure

  • Students will research the Iditarod.
  • They will create a list of items that they think they would need on the Iditarod.
  • Students will use the Internet to find a price for the items on their list.
  • Students will use Excel to prepare a budget.
  • Students will upload their budget to ThinkQuest.org for other teachers and students to view.
